Could someone please tell me where to look for the birth death of the child of Matthew KING and Elizabeth (THWAITE) KING? He/she was probably born between their marriage in the Apr-May-Jun quarter 1852 and elizabeth's death on 03 July 1864. (I've tried FamilySearch/Ancestry.) According to "The Thistlethwaite Family. A Study in Genealogy" by Bernard Thistlethwaite ( http://www.archive.org/details/thistlethwaitefa01this ), "Elizabeth THWAITE... born 20th March, 1812, at Low Blean, married Matthew KING, of Bentham, draper, when she was middle-aged, and had one child which died as an infant" (page 197). This is all I have about their infant. No child found in the 1861 census with either Matthew (who was visiting his brother) or Elizabeth. Thanks. Pip. NEW ZEALAND.
