I had a quick look on internet and the national archives mention some information for the North Riding Constabulary is held at the Ripon Museums Trust and so I will contact them shortly. My interest is in relation to my grandfather who worked at Leyburn, Easingwold and Saltburn amongst other places from the 1940s onwards.
