Hi Carol, It would be interesting to see where Joseph Arthur was on the 1901 census. Probably in Scotland....... I dont have a world subscription with Ancestry so cant check it out. "Scotland's People" site would probably be your best bet. BUT there is a a fee to view.it. http://www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk/ Fred aged 13 at Wadsley, Sheffield was with his father in 1891.
