Hi Nivard, Thank you, I have done what you suggested - cleared temp internet files and cookies and have tried again, still no luck, I don't need to upgrade to a World sub (Ancestry suggestion), so, will keep using Martin BRIDCOE'S link. Happy hunting, Annette
