Hi everyone, Thank you for your replies, I do have a UK subscription to Ancestry. I have tried using Mozilla and Firefox but cannot access the images only the records, so, will be using Martin's link, this is all very strange, especially as Lin mentioned Ancestry have free UK & Commonwealth Records this weekend. Thanks to Martin and the link he sent me I can now access the images. Happy hunting, Annette

I still use IE and have no problems either.
