Frances married John LAMBERT (1796-1873) on February 03, 1817 in Parish of Bradford. Any connection? The LDS have entries for:- 1. Gilderstone, Yorkshire born 11/4/1796 bapt. 15/5/1796 parents James and Susannah, and also another entry showing bapt. 15/5/1797. Could this be an error or did the first Samuel die and another child was born, and are they the same parents? 2. Holy Trinity, Hull (no first names) Atkinson born 1796 bapt. 1808 father Atkinson. Lin provided me with this entry quite a while ago but I have been unable to follow it up, There is also an entry showing born 1797. Could this also be an error? Any help would be appreciated. Peter

Hi Linda, There was one entry for Samuel in Bradford, but I think that one died 1875, so not mine. I have not found any parents or siblings so far as I just don't know where he came from. The HULL 1841 census shows ''Y'' for all the family having been born in Yorkshire. However, the Lincoln 1851 census gives the correct information where born as his wife and some of the children were born in Lincolnshire. He is noted as born in Hull, Yks. I have nothing else after 1851 as he died shortly after the census.
