    3. Hi Linda Yes I got that from your earlier reply But do you know what version of Windows 7 you are using? 32 or 64 bit? If Windows 7 Click start button bottom left In the menu you will see Computer, *right* click over it and select Properties That should show a page with all the information on it and the version of Windows you are using including if its 32 or 64 bit As to W10 crashing, that is not my experience or anyone else who I have spoken to, perhaps your IT man is being a little over negative on that score, I wonder if he has tried it ?
