Sorry I am re-sending this but I didn't see it come up.I checked the Archives and nothing showed! ----- Original Message ----- From: "Margaret Taylor" <magmom@ruralwave.ca> To: <YORKSGEN@rootsweb.com> Sent: Monday, April 18, 2016 5:06 PM Subject: Death Certificate- William TAYLOR 1843 I just received a copy of an 1843 Death Certificate of a William TAYLOR age 18- son of Anthony TAYLOR, Shoemaker of Church St.Drypool. I sent for this in the hope it was "my" William TAYLOR, evidently not. So if anyone is researching this young man I can give them the information on the certificate. My William TAYLOR LDS Film 1894918 Burgesses-Apprentices 1820-1855 Hull E.Yks Entry #1535 Edward Foster Coulson, shipowner and Burgess the 1st March 1837, produced and showed an Indenture dated 2nd day of March 1837, whereby it appears that William Taylor age 14, son of late Thomas Taylor, mariner and Martha Taylor of Hull, widow, is bound apprentice to the said Edward Coulson for 7 years from the date of the indenture. I can't find a baptism for William.I don't know what happened to him but he was not named in his grandmother's 1877 will. 1841 census- Scott St.Sculcoates E.Yorks- William Taylor 20 Ap ( Apprentice?) bn Yorks ( living in the James Miller household) F 29 P 12 HO107/1232/12 (This "could " be him but can't confirm.) Any ideas? Margaret Taylor ( Port Perry.Ont)
