My Yoder line turned into a Hochstetler line many years ago. I observe that many who have multiple Yoder lines sometimes descend from different immigrants. In contrast, if one is a Hochstetler (a dozen spellings) it all goes back to a single immigrant: Jacob, 1738. One recent baby born of parents from the Nappanee, IN area has a family tree that goes back to this Jacob Hochstetler 44 times! Here is my connection to Yoders: YR2 ?Christian?
