Karen, Where did you Kauffman, Zook, King, and Kurtz references come from? Are they from an "organization" like the Yoder lines, personal nomenclature, or from a specific reference? For instance I'm aware of 'The King Family History' by ?? Hertzler? that lists the descendants of your Samuel King/Koenig (KG). I have almost all of your ealier families in common and I even recognize some later names (Liechty) from my own lines.
