Hello, We have hit a brick wall on our family research and are hoping someone out there can help with an idea or information. Three children of Charles Yelton, Jr. (1782 - 1843) and Amelia Gosney Yelton (1792 - 1865) married three children of Charles Dunaway and his wife Polly Ellis. Coleman Yelton md. Milly (Mildred) Dunaway, Sarah Yelton md. Dudley Dunaway and Richard Yelton md. Susan Dunaway. We know that Charles Dunaway was born in Virginia and married Polly Ellis Jan 21, 1803 in Pendleton Co. Ky. He died circa 1829/30 in Campbell Co. Ky. Does anyone out there know anything about the parents of this Charles Dunaway, grandfather of a large number of Yeltons?
