I am Roslyn McLendon, live in Indiana now, b. in Philadelphia, lived in N.J., Illinois, and Kentucky. Mom is Mildred Frances Dunn, gggranddaughter of Susan Ann (Eldridge) Yelton Wright Dunn. Mom was b. and lived in Locust Ky(Carroll Co) till she married my dad who was b. in N.J. She lives with me now and will be 86 next week. I retired from the post office in the fall of 1999 to care for her. She was raised by James Willard Dunn and Ida Belle Starkey Dunn at Locust after her mother died when she was five. I am trying to find the first husband of Susan Ann Eldridge Yelton Wright Dunn, , Jefferson L. Yelton, who was was the father of their daughter, Mary J. Yelton who m. Thomas Dickens. Susan's wedding cert to Allen Wright in 1852 said she was a widow. They lived in and around Carroll and Trimble Co. Ky.
