Me again, After testing to see if the *new* reply-to list was working - and finding that it wasn't - I went in and re-read how it works. Here is RootsWeb's information below. Seems my mail client, Outlook Express, adds a Reply To: (my address) to each message I send out. In that case, when you click on your reply button, the message will go only to that address. I don't know how many of you this will affect. Maybe the best thing to do is to click on Reply-All and then delete the address you do not want the message to go to. To do that, just highlight the address you don't want and then cut or delete it. And I thought this would be simple!!! Iris RootsWeb's description of Reply-to-list: "Should replies be directed back to the list automatically? This option adds a Reply-To header to any message *that doesn't already have one*. If someone on the list replies to one of these messages, their response will be sent back to the whole list by default." "However, *SmartList will never overwrite* a Reply-To if the person sending the message included their own. That means that even if you select reply-to-list, there will still be some messages where the reply only goes to the sender."
