Jul 1987, lived in Riverside, Riverside Co., CA, SS#548-09-1849 (CA), not sure this is same Cecil? >> The above Cecil on SSDI, b. 25 Jul 1902, is NOT the husband of Mildred. The above Cecil, is really William Cecil Souder, born in TX, according to California Death report on Rootsweb.com, sorry for above SSDI information. I just found on Rootsweb.com KY Death Report (1911-2000) I found the following: (1) Mildred E. Souder, d. 23 Aug 1997, Grant Co., Residence: Grant Co., KY, age 76 yrs, Vol. 050, Cert #24959. (on SSDI as above) (2) Cecil B. Souder, d. 09 Aug 1988, Kenton Co., Residence: Grant Co., KY, age 68yrs, Vol. 044, Cert #21990. (not found on SSDI) (3) Cecil H. Souder, d. 28 Sep 1924, Grant Co., KY, age under 1 yr, Vol. 045, Cert #22463 (don't know who's son he was). I truly sorry for the first incorrect information on Cecil (William Cecil).
