Often, Yelton has been seen as Yetton, Yeton, Yalton, and a couple of others. That's the good thing about it starting with a Y - there aren't many Y listings as a rule. Also, I noticed in the wills you mentioned in your previous message, it may have been possible that Taylor could have been tacked onto the name. I know they meant tailor - as in profession - but that's not how they spelled it in those wills. Right? Anyway, let me know how your research goes.
