I am interested to see if my Susannah Kendall who md David Hays ca 1843 in Pendleton Co had any connection with Richard Mann. He would have been older. Evidently she was living with a Richard Mann at the time of her marriage. I have no idea if she was indentured or simply working as a "nanny" for his children. I know most of her history- daughter of Sterne Kendall and Elizabeth Owens. My problem is David Hays.
