Hi Everyone, This is really embarrassing! My mother's Yelton family came from Mitchell Co., NC and I can NOT identify this John Yelton and family from the 1920 Census. I do vaguelly remember an Aunt who told me of a "hoppin' John that lived over the mountain. She was sure she was not related, but I'm just as sure we were. I don't even have any of these children listed in my database. The problem is however, who are this John's parents and is Louisa the right name for his wife? Any help will me much appreciated.
