    2. It looks like you have a recLOH in your line, and that the differences stem from a single unusual mutation event which resulted in the addition of 2 extra copies of the old DYS464a allele. The genetic distance in this case would be one, so the two lines really are close. It certainly would help to compare the most complete haplotypes possible.
