Hi Diane, When I click on the kit number it takes me to the participant's page. /*Scottish DNA - Better than Life Insurance* /*John* ------------------------------------ John A. I had this happen once or twice a day or two ago but when I closed the browser and reopened it, the problem went away. It hasn't occurred again. No idea why. Remember the old joke: Three men were in a car in the desert when it broke down. The electrician was sure he could fix it by tinkering with the electrical system. After time though, he gave up. Next, the engineer worked on the misener (my husband's term for a mythical, mysterious part of a car) and adjusted the fuel pump and other under the hood gadgets. Still no success. Finally the Microsoft guy said, "I know how to fix it. Close the windows, open the windows, close the windows, open the windows.) To qualify, I was using Safari but the Microsoft approach worked fine. Nancy On 1/8/11 10:47 AM, "John A. LOL! Good one. And good advice. I closed my browser, tried again, and the GAP is behaving normally. Thank you!! Please forgive me for saying, "Drat!" Speaking selfishly, the problem is more likely to get fixed if everyone has it. (Sigh.) Diana > From: John A. Blair > Sent: Saturday, January 08, 2011 10:48 AM > > Hi Diane, > > When I click on the kit number it takes me to the participant's page.
