I think it would be good for one of the ML clade to do df29, even though variance estimates suggest ML branchline and AS4 branchline parted ways sometime toward the present, and AS4 is being tested for df29. So we need such basic one time confirmation tests for the tree structure but need not go overboard with redundant tests.
