DF29 is in the catalog as of today. I'd recommend it. In the early hours of testing for a slightly upstream snp like this, just about anyone can't go wrong ordering it. I will reiterate importance of DF29. An amazing fraction of the I1xL22 generics are turning out Z58- Z63-, along with a number of well established clades of I1 doing the same. Are they DF29 derived or ancestral? They could fall either way, so DF29 testing can make an important division of the population. -----Original Message----- From: Dora Smith Sent: Wednesday, March 07, 2012 3:50 PM To: y-dna-haplogroup-i@rootsweb.com Subject: Re: [yDNAhgI] Early Days of I1: DF29 needed So, to confirm that, Ken, you actually want us to write to Thomas Krahn? Last time someone suggested that it was the last thing they actually wanted anyone to do.
