I have several cousins who are I1 or I2, and I've been getting confused over which SNPs they've taken and/or need to take and what the results mean, so I created a small table to keep track of them. That table then expanded to creating a "character matrix" for everyone in the Haplogroup I1 project who was positive for any of the Z-SNPs. You were going to be P19+ or (later) M253+. Ho hum. Of course, first L22 and now the Z-SNPs have changed all that, so I'm going to begin urging my Danish Demes members to SNP test - and join the Hg I1 project. I wish there were some prospect of FTDNA having a sale on SNP tests, but it hasn't happened, yet. Diana
