    1. Re: [yDNAhgI] about Ken's Chromo2 tree for P37.2
    2. Bernie Cullen
    3. There are five M26+ people on Ken's P37.2 Chromo2 tree (I said three in my last message). Of course, it looks like Chromo2 didn't test M26 but I am calling these people M26+ for convenience. I looked at the SNPs shared by all five, and some of them had already been included in the Geno 2.0 chip so their position is known: equivalent to M26: CTS1272 CTS5932 CTS6027 PF3875 PF3975 PF4061 PF4075 equivalent to L672: CTS1448 CTS8968 CTS10546 PF3984 None of the Chromo2 SNPs are known to be equivalent to L160 as far as we know. So maybe all five anonymous results are L160+ or all five are L160- or some are L160+ and others L160-. CTS2515 was a no call in all five anonymous Chromo2 M26+ results, and at Geno 2.0 it is a frequent no call in M26+ people, both L672+ L160+ and L672+ L160- and even L672- people, but other people in these groups have the normal A allele. And in all other P37.2 results from Geno 2.0 I only see the A. I know Ken's Chromo2 tree also shows a nocall for L621+, but all L621+ and all L161+ results from Geno 2.0 have the A. Bernie
