On my second run through Chromo2 raw data files, I got all the Z60+ dna samples, 86 through 122, put into the tree. Some of these will be generics for Z60+ or Z140+, but some will belong to known clades. Z2535 got separated from YSC00261, isolating AS1 and AS8 clades all by themselves. It looks like there is a major split in YSC00261/L338 population tagged by S1990 and S2001. See “Chromo2Z58”.
