Kenneth, It has been pointed out by a I-M223 member that sample number 269 appears twice in the Chromo2M223 tree.
I'm glad things are being checked to the degree that can be done. S5025 snp is downstream of the triplet of snps which includes CTS1977, so if you look again at "Chromo2M223" you will see the correction. thanks for the vigilance.
