Dr Krahn's new enterprise YSEQ will take snp locations, give it a name, find primers for testing, and make snp available for purchase. I have verified now all your unique snps. Without another AS10b person, there is not much you will learn from your unique snps. FTDNA only offers known/named variants, but their price is right. I was looking at a region that has 5 NVs but also has 5 Known SNPs that were originally found in Poultry "Gallus Gallus" (14398922 to 14400277). I also have other regions with similar multi NVs 22318413 to 22318992, 22319341 to 22319628, 22319041 to 22319242. Picking an SNP from one of these regions I thought would be optimal as they seem to stand out. What do you think?
