Kenneth Nordtvedt asked: "Who has the evidence S6346 is split upstream from L22. I know it is downstream of CTS10028?" Does this help? I participated in the YFull "L22 Group" for about a month. To my knowledge I was the only L22- person in this group. On April 30, 2014, I ran a comparison (using the YFull chromosome browser available to the group). I compared Y-Chr 19217149 (CTS10028), 26170533 (FGC2488), 3662036 (S6346), 25095052 (Z9853), and 8576009 (L22). For S6346 I and 10 others were T rather than the reference sequence of C. I think T means S6346+. For L22 I was the only A and 13 of the others were C. A is the reference sequence. A means, I think, L22-, and C means L22+ I have a jpg file of the above chromosome browser comparison and will share it offline for those who wish to have it. Bill
