Hi List, Comparing BigY results for SNP S10269 to Chromo2 results for the same marker leaves me a bit puzzled. FTDNA reports a G as ancestral and a T as derived while BritainDNA reports T as ancestral and T as derived Is this a matter of different strands being used -or- a matter of other ancestral references being used? I'd forget about all those "reports" and just consider the data. Everyone in haplogroup I is AA except SOME of the L39 who are GG.
