See the Z2040 sector in the “Tree for I1 Z58+ Z60-“ This sector is dominated by the large AS3 Z382+ clade, but it contains many more robust clades. BigY gives 12 new snps in this sector for which I find no S series names or find in Krahn’s SNP browser. They divide in same manner the Z2040 population quite strongly into two parts. Perhaps the FGC series of snps have given some of these 12 snps names? Dr Krahn has provided a spreadsheet with locations for all the Chromo2 S series snps. Is there a similar spreadsheet giving locations for all the named FGC series snps? If so, what is the link?
