Two members of the AS1414 STR cluster, myself (FTDNA kit 85047) and Lancy Pymble (FTDNA kit N7250), are now confirmed positive (T+) at FGC3500/S5619 (Y position 18238499), so it's looking like this may be a tag for AS1414. Ken's Chromo2 Z58 tree shows that 2 Chromo2 participants also tested positive for this SNP. I don't know if these guys are in cluster AS1414, but the chances seem good that they are.
