    3. Ray, if you turn out to be negative for S6277, you might want to test for S5619/FGC3500 at YSEQ. I am negative for S6277 but positive for S5619/FGC3500. It seems that the latter SNP will be positive for Z138+ Z2541- cluster AS1414, but it could be a little upstream of AS1414. Two members of AS1414, including myself, are known to be positive for S5619/FGC3500, but 2 other Z138+ individuals of unknown cluster were also shown to be positive for it in the Chromo2 test. 3. Obed I haven't tested with Yseq before so it may be a while before I get my test kit and we get a result. I take it that S5619 was found in the Chromo2 test because it only shows that branch on KN's Chromo chart and not on his BigY chart. I've been debating which of the 2 tests would personally benefit me the most I know they are close in price at the moment but being British (but living in Canada) I am leaning towards the Chromo2 test Thank you. 3. There is much more information to gain from the BigY test I would think. My bigY tree includes only the novel variants. And as of the present no AS2 has done the BigY. 3. Or look at "Chromo2Z58" It seems S2293 is upstream of S6277 and S2619 is parallel in the tree. Or perhaps you have some results which are different? AS2 is a huge clade.
