Y full has me  ChrY position: 22470139 (+strand) Reads: 2 Position data: 2A Weight for A: 1.0 Probability of error: 0.0 (0<->1) Consensus allele: A Reference allele: G Known SNPs: Z12954   It doesn't show up in my FGC file, and being only 2 reads , I figure it is noise from the big y process. Still sort of interesting it would be found in prehistoric swede H3a2b.  C.S. Goodell
