Greg, I see this note about HG00360 at the spreadsheet: "I2a-M423, L147+, L69.2+, P41/M359-; originally listed as L621+, but GregRM can't find any evidence of this in mapped sequence data" Still I think it's very likely that he is L621+ and a normal Dinaric (this occurrence L147 is supposed to be downstream of L621 after all).
