I'm kicking myself, now, that we didn't think to ban together and fund a BigY test for one of our root M253*'s back when the test was on sale, especially if someone had a coupon they weren't using. Double that cost! Isolated single BigY tests have much, much, much less value than paired tests where the two are from same clade.
