    3. Yes, I'm I1 (T2) and my 23andMe file shows a G for 19294091. I've ordered the L840 from FTDNA but that hasn't come back as yet. What's the best site to get a list of positions for these new SNPs? At the http://www.1000genomes.org/data site? So it does not tag P109 specifically. This was the impression the 1000 Genomes folks had, also. ------------------------------- To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to Y-DNA-HAPLOGROUP-I-request@rootsweb.com with the word 'unsubscribe' without the quotes in the subject and the body of the message

    3. Hi Keith, FTDNA's ymap is a good resource which will give the build 36 positions after you type the marker into the search box: http://ymap.ftdna.com . It includes all of FTDNA's L series as well as most of the Z- and DF- SNPs, which are based on publicly-available sequence data (mainly 1000 Genomes Project data); we maintain the full list of these at https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Agq_ez43qXCjdFlxemtlUnZ1Qk01cVhMRVBFcm5WX3c&authkey=CIOag_UD&hl=en_US#gid=26 . Another good resource is the ISOGG Y-SNP index: http://www.isogg.org/tree/ISOGG_YDNA_SNP_Index.html Greg On Sun, Nov 20, 2011 at 5:21 PM, K S Harris <kharris@psych-science.com>wrote: > Yes, I'm I1 (T2) and my 23andMe file shows a G for 19294091.
