Some people are getting interested in I1 from SE Europe and what kinds of I1 might mainly be there? Interesting topic for special investigation! In addition to I1-T2 (Z63+) they should certainly investigate M227+ still probably called I1b M227+ has interestingly been found ancestral for all three entry level Z series snps, Z58, Z63, and Z131 Rootsi et al back in antiquity (2004) found lots of M227+ in Eastern Europe, but that has not been followed up since with such concentration being confirmed. They should also keep an eye for I1-P (also ancestral for the three stated Z snps), but I1-P seems pretty concentrated in Poland, Prussia, Pomerania.
