AS2 should be Z139+, maybe Z138+, and probably Z59- Any tests you can do to make those snp calls more firm will be helpful. What are the current tests beyond Z58 for I1-AS2? Are Z139 and Z138 the next logical ones to order? If you want to see the summary of what we know about the Z series snps and the clades of I1, see "Tree for I1" file at: http://knordtvedt.home.bresnan.net There are more Z series snps downstream that could be helpful, but FTDNA has failed to make them available in their catalog. Ken, Ordered Z138, Z139 and Z59 on 12/12/11. The recent progress has been quite exciting! There was such an extended period of time where I1-AS_ SNP progress was so slow and the current discoveries are a significant contrast to that pace. The new information over the last six months has been very interesting and appears to be adding to the I1 story. Thanks to you and others for all the work!
