As far as y-dna-haplogroup-i@rootsweb.com is concerned I can tell that Ken wasn't unsubscribed and he is still on the list. Didier Vernade > > About a week ago, I was dropped from the list. I tried to telephone Ken yesterday morning. I received the "can't answer now" message and left a message for him to call me. I am assuming that they are out of town for now. ******************************** I wondered about that, too. When we learned that the first results from Big-Y were expected in February, he said something about not going on vacation then; perhaps he decided to go now since there are few orders pending. He probably needs a break after analyzing so many Big-Y files. Lindsey
Howdy Wayne, Yes, the string doesn't stretch that far! I haven't heard from Ken since I called. I will try again this weekend. Howdy is our G'day here in Montana. It appears that time stamp on parent directory updates whenever anyone visits the site, not just when Ken visits.
Hello Everyone, I tried to telephone Ken yesterday morning. I received the "can't answer now" message and left a message for him to call me. I am assuming that they are out of town for now. Someone apparently has hacked the forum site. I’ve tried to send this message several times since calling Ken but none have gone through. One more time! Wil Husted Billings, MT
But the parent directory of Ken's homepage had been updated today, 4 hrs ago ... -------- Original Message -------- Subject: [yDNAhgI] Ken's Last Update to his bresnan site is April 30 From: Gene Prescott <prescottg@gmail.com> To: y-dna-haplogroup-i@rootsweb.com <y-dna-haplogroup-i@rootsweb.com> Date: Mittwoch, 14. Perhaps he's on holiday somewhere, but I am concerned. I hope all is well. Lindsey
Kenneth lives in Bozeman, Montana. There are no obituaries in The Bozeman Daily Chronicle for "Kenneth Nordtvedt" for the past 30 days. That's real good news. Did you check for it under it's other names, L199, L443, L675, in Known SNPs? This is quite common Matthew. FTDNA use to label these SNPs that mutated independently in different Haplogroups at different times as PF5371.1, PF5371.2 for example.
