Hi, Spring Cleaning Time here in Minnesota, and in going through some of my old files, I found the probate papers for the settlement of the estate of James Wynn, died in Butler Cty OH in 1898 (I think). The estate was not settled until 1904. The administrator of the estate was David Wynn, who I believe was James' oldest son. One interesting item in the estate papers is that each of James' children signed receipts for receiving his/her share of the estate.
