Dear Cuz's, I have solutions, and this is the last of the changes to the Itinerary. I leave Saturday Morning for Cancun so I will not have time to mess with this today [Friday, it is 2:07 am] I will be packing..and just jumping in "here and there" today to check messages.. but I have to get this settled before I leave Saturday, so read carefully and shout out if you have a major problem here! Churches/Cemetery's Heard back from Mayor Phillip, He says that the three cemetery's are very small, he says "Generally every x hundreds of years the stones are cleared for fresh ones." He does not believe it will take longer than 30 minutes to look at any one of the cemetery's that are there. Solution: removing the Tower Nercwys [Wynne of Tower] visit gives us more time at Ysceifiog Church. removing or shortening the time at Bodnant Gardens [80 acres of formal gardens nice restful place to see] and extend the St. Michael's Caerwys church/Cemetery time We can take flash lights to Bodfari Church. =) Bron Fadoc/ Ruthin Common Goal Mayor Phillip says "We can stay there longer [at Bron Fadoc], Mike and Fliss have no problem with that. Ruthin Goal closes at 5.00pm and the last entry time is 4.00pm. At Bron Fadoc you would only see the outside and their lounge area but Ruthin Goal you would be walking around and seeing lots of interesting historical things. Anyway, we shall stay later in Bron Fadoc and less time in Ruthin." Solution: We go to Bron Fadoc, Do what we wish then leave for Ruthin Goal, just wont have as much time there at Ruthin.. Hawarden Archives and the Non Hawarden Archives members... Everyone get on the bus and smile. Now this is the contortions that need to happen.... Read carefully.......... [yes I going to have a drink after typing this one!] Cada Grove needs to drive to Hawarden in time for our departure. =) Betty McGehee, Dick can either ride the bus or he can talk to Cada about going with him to Hawarden in time for us to leave for Mold. Dick then needs to ride the bus with us to Mold or work it out with Susan and Cada. Alice, If one of the girls that are staying at Plas Penucha will ride to Mold with Susan and Cada Grove, Or if Dick will ride with Susan and Cada Grove to Mold. Then you have a place on the bus. Susan & Cada Grove, Janet Beard [who's out of town], and Mary Alice Shaw are at the Plas Penucha, Susan and Cada Grove were going to follow the Bus with their car on our trips. Mary Alice Shaw and Janet Beard were going to ride the bus on our trips. Mary Alice and Janet will ride into Caerwys from Plas Penucha with Susan & Cada Grove to get to the bus and back to the hotel. Susan Grove will be in the car with her hubby from Hawarden to Mold, unless she switches with Dick McGehee. OR Does Bob Quigley/Dick McGehee and Cada Grove want to ride behind the bus as the male car and the Girls ride the bus? If the Guys wont ride together can Mary Alice Shaw ride to Mold from Hawarden with your hubby and Who ever? If the Guys wont ride together, Mary Alice do you mind riding with Susan/or who ever and Cada to Mold... And in that way Mr/Mrs Jones, Janet Hurzeler, Susan Frampton & Debbie and Brian Hunter don't have to come back to Hawarden to get Alice Neff, and she could then ride the bus. Ok is that clear??? My Solution, Cada Grove, Dick McGehee, & Bob Quigley ride in the car to Hawarden at the time of departure for Mold. Or They can go straight to mold as they don't have to pick anyone up! The rest of us ride the bus. Done You tell me.
