Dear Cuz's, Trying to work the kinks out of the itinerary [which is fantastic by the way!!! you will see later today]. I need the following people to RESPOND NOW!!!! Susan Wright, Ida Cann, Joyce/Bob, Sharon Underhill, Dick McGehee, Janet Beard, Mary Alice Shaw, Cada Grove, Alice Neff for [Debbie/Brian Hunter, Mr. & Mrs Jones, Janet Hurzeler, Susan Frampton]. Problem: I need to know what the people NOT going to the Archives are going to be doing. We are working on the issue of the Bus being at the Archives, and having to get the people to Mold for the reception, and Mayor Phillip is trying to work out transportation issues. Why: Two of the people are in Host family homes [Susan Wright, Ida Cann]. The host families [all of them not just these two] work during the week so after breakfast they expect the WGS members to be gone touring. So their homes are not unattended when they are at work. I think that is reasonable. The rest of the members who are not going to the Archives are staying at the Ashgrove apartments or the Plas Penucha. Mayor Phillip has suggested that all the members not going to the Archives to go with us to Hawarden, but go visit the town or hang out in one of the cafe's etc. until we get done and then we can leave directly for the reception in Mold, not having to deal with going back to Caerwys to pick people up. [time factor]. I told him that I was afraid that some wanted to just chill out in Caerwys while they had the chance. He said "then the local Woman's Institute and an other committee have offered to host anyone who does not want to attend the Archives - they will take them to a local craft centre". He was not getting the fact that we could be unattended in Caerwys I guess, and needed to be entertained, so comes the questions. Questions: 1. Do Joyce/Bob, Joan II, Merle and Linda & Sharon [two different apartments at Ashgrove, have a problem with the other members crashing at your apartments while we others go to the Archives? Which brings us down to, "What do you guys want to do that are not going to the Archives.", I need an honest Answer. 2. How many want to go to the "Local craft Centre" shopping with the Women's Institute ladies and the other committee? 3. How many want to do their own thing and just hang out in Caerwys, at the Ashgrove Apartments [if the Ashgrove Apartment members agree].. knowing that most things are closed during the day, no restaurants are open till lunch. This is a very little town, less than 6 streets I believe. 4. Alice Neff, Will your group be joining us in Mold, or are they going to come to Caerwys before the reception? Wow, Becky, are you home from Cancun or are you working on your vacation. I assume I am hitching a ride with Cada Grove since we are staying at the same place. I can be flexible, do what she does, go to the town with the archives and look around there, or stay in Caerwys.
