Dear Cuz Gary, Yup, Mayor Phillip said to remind everyone to look RIGHT then left, because we will get run over if we are crossing the street. He said he almost got run over in Philly several times because he looked right then stepped when our traffic was coming from the left. I concur that this traffic problem -- looking right and left--is serious. Again on my Scotland trip, arriving that morning with no sleep on the flight on the way over, I stepped off the curb to get a better photo and was nearly run down, because I was not thinking of the cars coming at me from my back instead of my front. Someone grabbed me out of the street. I guess we need to watch out for one another.
