Dear Cuz's, [three way post WINN-L/WGS/Cuz Connie] In the "The Dictionary of Welsh Biography Online: to 1940" I have found that we are connected to the Southern Wynne's via a earlier connection... On page 1104, tells the Wynne [Wynne-Finch] line and the marriages they state between the Thelwall family and the Wynne's gave us a connection earlier than I thought. We are both related to Simmwnd [Simon] Thelwall + Jonet Langford m. abt 1482 Dr. Thomas Wynne descendants are 7 generations down from Simon/Jonet and The Southern Wynne's are also 7 generations down from Simon/Jonet. Dr. Thomas Wynne's descendants come down the line from siblings; Alis [Ales/Alice] Thelwall b. 1485/Harri Wynne ap Cynwrig b. abt 1485 and the Southern Wynne's come off of Eibl [Eubule Thelwall/Cicely Donne verch Jenkyn [aka Cicely Done] Fun Fun.... If someone needs a chart of this I will post it but other wise it will be on my website when I get it uploaded. Hugs Cuz B ttg-inc@comcast.net http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~ttg13/ "Life may not be the party we hoped for... but while we are here we might as well dance !"
Do you have all of this in a form that you can send as a GEDCOM? I am not following the discussions very well. Thanks for all the work you are doing. Becky, I would like a chart of the two lines of Wynnes' that descend from Simon Thelwall & Janet Langford. I assume you received my mail with the copy of the Jamestowne Wynns that were listed for the benefit of the southern Wynns that view your web. Betty McGehee this prob. opens up their possibility of joining Order of the Crown of Charlemagne. If they are interested they can contact me. ----- Original Message ----- From: "The Thill Group, Inc." <ttg-inc@comcast.net> To: <WYNNE-GENEALOGY-SOCIETY-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Tuesday, April 04, 2006 5:10 AM Subject: [WGS] Closer Connetion from Southern Wynne's > Dear Cuz's, [three way post WINN-L/WGS/Cuz Connie] > In the "The Dictionary of Welsh Biography Online: to 1940" I have found that we are connected to the Southern Wynne's via a > earlier connection... > On page 1104, tells the Wynne [Wynne-Finch] line and the marriages they state between the Thelwall family and the Wynne's gave > us a connection earlier than I thought. > We are both related to Simmwnd [Simon] Thelwall + Jonet Langford m. abt 1482 > Dr. Thomas Wynne descendants are 7 generations down from Simon/Jonet and The Southern Wynne's are also 7 generations down from > Simon/Jonet. > Dr. Thomas Wynne's descendants come down the line from siblings; Alis [Ales/Alice] Thelwall b. 1485/Harri Wynne ap Cynwrig b. abt > 1485 and the Southern Wynne's come off of Eibl [Eubule Thelwall/Cicely Donne verch Jenkyn [aka Cicely Done] > > Fun Fun.... Dear Cuz Betty, Yes I did receive your article on the Jamestowne Wynn's, and I appreciate it. I haven't had the time with everything to get it worked in, to see the ends and out but will soon. I do appreciate it. Also in a little bit I am going to post the chart for everyone. Dear Cuz Betty, That is really sweet of you, opening the door for the Southern Wynne's in that way. I will do what I can't to help. Princess "Shrek-ey" Connie who is the guru of the Wynne's on the other side of the pond will be sure to jump in and correct where I might slip up[which I appreciate]. Should make for some interesting conversations. Is this Crown of Charlemagne organization something I should inquire about on behalf of my husband and son? OK, so I'm inquiring. Dear Cuz's, I will be answering all the questions sent me about this subject and make a chart available to see, AFTER I put the fire out in the kitchen, get the Model A out of the pool, put the Troops in the basement, feed the dog, water the cat, kiss the hubby, take a major headache pill, and open that box of bonbons.... =) [translated = after dinner this evening. =)] Hugs Cuz B ttg-inc@comcast.net http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~ttg13/ "Life may not be the party we hoped for... but while we are here we might as well dance !" ----- Original Message ----- From: "The Thill Group, Inc." <ttg-inc@comcast.net> To: <WYNNE-GENEALOGY-SOCIETY-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Tuesday, April 04, 2006 5:10 AM Subject: [WGS] Closer Connetion from Southern Wynne's > Dear Cuz's, [three way post WINN-L/WGS/Cuz Connie] > In the "The Dictionary of Welsh Biography Online: to 1940" I have > found that we are connected to the Southern Wynne's via a earlier > connection... > On page 1104, tells the Wynne [Wynne-Finch] line and the marriages > they state between the Thelwall family and the Wynne's gave us a > connection earlier than I thought. > We are both related to Simmwnd [Simon] Thelwall + Jonet Langford m. > abt 1482 > Dr. Thomas Wynne descendants are 7 generations down from Simon/Jonet and > The Southern Wynne's are also 7 generations down from Simon/Jonet. > Dr. Thomas Wynne's descendants come down the line from siblings; Alis > [Ales/Alice] Thelwall b. 1485/Harri Wynne ap Cynwrig b. abt 1485 and the > Southern Wynne's come off of Eibl [Eubule Thelwall/Cicely Donne verch > Jenkyn [aka Cicely Done] > > Fun Fun....
