You need to have your reservations for your rooms by August 30th!!! If your thinking you will, but not sure, make your reservation and you can cancel it if you don't... but by reserving it you will get the WGS room discount. 3. I must have your money for the banquet mailed by Sept 1st, 2009 [$24.00 a piece], I have to pay them in advance for the catering.
