It will air on Sunday at 6 PM here in California with a repeat at 9PM. This will give you an idea of the power of mitochondrial (maternal) DNA to identify your deep ancestry. It will not tell you the exact person you descended but since it remains fairly constant over hundreds of years, it is very useful in identifying the migration of the clan of your mother's mother's mother's maternal ancestors back past the last ice age. Denise and I had a chance to preview the show and we were both very impressed. I just finished reading The Seven Daughters of Eve and found it to to be a very good compliment for each for The Human Family Tree. I strongly recommend both.
