Oh boy, you got my head spinning on this again. I've never came to a conclusion on whether there was one James Humphreys or a Sr and Jr. I was leaning towards there only being one James, but I had dropped the one married to Mary Ann (Gilyard), who is mentioned as his wife in the will. My uncle left both James' in his tree, and now I'm thinking he might be right. The wills links you gave seem helpful.
