My first memories of this group was in the spring of 2000. Cuz Terry tried to talk me in to coming to Oklahoma where you were going to meet again. At this point, Terry and I had not been able to verify our Wynne connection---althought Cousin Terry felt sure we were on the right track. I remember thinking, why would I want to go to Oklahoma and be with a bunch of people that I didn't know and wasn't even sure I was connected to?!?!?! Soon after that, we found the links that did connect us to the Wynne family. David and I finally met up with a bunch of you in Philadelpia in 2001 and things have never been the same since where the Wynne cousins are concerned. What a group!!!!! We certainly have had some wonderful times together and I am sure there will be lots more to come. Queenie is on the ceiling most of the time. Koth says "Joyce" where are you. My mind is going crazy. When I think about how this all started back in 1998, first Wynne reunion 1999, and there were 3 of us. Becky, Joyce(Queenie) and Vi. My girls did come too. This is a story to be told. Love, Queenie
Dear Cuz Ida, I remember when Terry found his connection for you two, because in Oklahoma Terry brought the book that he found the reference he needed and that is when Vi found her piece to officially connect her.. in the same book... you should have seen us screaming with excitement!!
