I have several family lines that I work, my FTM database has Dr. Thomas Wynne as my home person, as most questions asked of me start with him. You can now put in "Bookmarks" on the people you go to all the time. This is a quick way to get there with out typing in their name exactly over and over. "Bookmarks" puts a gold book next to the person's name and puts them also in a separate index called "Bookmarks" so you can go to them fast. Yes they leave them in the main one, but also add them to a separate one called "Bookmarks". So once I have "Bookmarked" some one, in the future I can just go to the "Bookmark" part of the Family tab, click on it, and then click the person I want to go to fast. This is GREAT!!! BOOKMARKS - To view the Bookmarks list Click People > Family. At the bottom of the Index panel, click Bookmarks. The Bookmarks list replaces the Index. To bookmark a name In the Index-Right-click a name, then click Add Bookmark. In the Pedigree View-Right-click a name in the view, then click Add Bookmark. To remove a bookmark Click People > Family > Bookmarks. Right-click the name, then click Delete Bookmark. Dear Good Prince Terry, Well Done! I bet they will be nuts about it. My family at the reunion, were bidding like crazy for the little book I put together. I hope more of the cuz's are jumping in an doing things on FTM2009, they need to get past the initial "wow, this is different" frame of mind and dive in.
