Whoops! I must always check my facts. The recipes were transcribed in 1702 when Wm Penn expected to leave for PA within 2 or 3 weeks. The trip was delayed. Penn and the recipes arrived from England in PA in December of 1703. My apologies for the "Welcome" assumption. Susannah
