Dear Cuz Vi, Dr. Thomas Wynne was buried under the Arch street meeting's Current building.. Why? Because they do not believe in wasting land, and so they used the land from the oldest graves which happens to be where Dr. Thomas Wynne and about 1500 Small pox victims were buried. A long the line of "they are dead and ashes to ashes, etc... they are not there so why waste the land" type of deal. So it wasn't that they dug under the building... but the Current building was placed over the oldest graves and his happened to be one.
